Week 54 and 55

I had to combine two weeks, since I was in San Diego last week.  And, by the way, our temple may not have palm trees, but it is every bit as majestic as the San Diego Temple.  (I'm not saying anything about our lovely weather compared with San Diego's.)

Underground parking structure is nearly complete on the South

The stained glass windows on the first level are being installed.
I wonder where this decorative stone will go?

I don't think this is the final configuration for the stained glass windows.  The frame is just bare aluminum and the window is so reflective, you can barely tell there is stained glass behind it.

San Diego LDS Temple

I had an opportunity last week to attend a session with some of my family in the San Diego Temple.  Of course, I took some time afterward to click some photos for the blog.

A friend at work commented that the San Diego Temple is his least favorite because it is too ornate, ritzy, and fancy.  He prefers the more traditional temples, like Salt Lake and Brigham City.  However, my two unmarried daughters definitely want to be married in the San Diego Temple, since it is their favorite.

So what do you think?
