Week 31

Another giant winter storm hit Brigham City on Friday night and left 8 or 10 inches of snow.  Luckily, the sun came out Saturday monring and with the plows, the roads were soon clear.  The skies were severe clear on Sunday, when I took these photos.

The interior structure of steel is being constructed.  The steel girders for the first floor are mostly in place.

Notice the steel columns in the center of the building
Imagine the completed temple with white stone and a sky this blue!

Week 30

Big Storm.

It was 60°F last weekend and of course all the snow in town melted.  Yesterday morning, it started raining and then around 8 pm, it started snowing.  By this morning, there was nearly a foot of heavy, wet snow at my house in Brigham City.

The temple lot and construction was also covered in snow.

Aerial Photos Week 29

The weather cooperated yesterday.  After my son, Ben and I came back from a fly-in breakfast in Logan, he snapped these pictures, while I flew.
